early gift, Star ref

happy early birthday =blackmustang13, i just spent the last 3 days on her, and i think she turned out well, ill post the dragon form later

a little info on Starlings:

starlings are a more evolved version of dragons, they are able to shape shift but normally retain a part of there dragon form(star keeps the skin and also has abnormally long feet with clawed toes) they also can do magic, the color of the Starling determins its power, going along with the light spectrum with red as least powerful and purple as most (there is only one purple starling in existance) Star is blue and thus very powerful, but in Starling terms she is farley young, only the mental equivelent of a 15 year old(starlings live for thousands of years and only die if killed or they choose to die)

they are curently a closed species, with me and now =blackmustang13 the only ones alowed to use it, please dont steal idea/art
